Entrance
Before You Step In
The threshold is where the night begins — not at the first beat, but at the first intention. Arriving prepared helps everyone move from the street to the floor without friction.
Doors & timing
Opening hours follow our event calendar — each night may differ. Check Instagram or the event page before you travel. Arriving early often means calmer entry; arriving late still works, but patience may be part of the journey.
We hold the right to pause entry when the room reaches a comfortable capacity. This is not exclusion — it is stewardship of the experience inside.
Identification & age
Valid identification may be requested at the door. We appreciate cooperation — it protects the community and keeps the environment appropriate for its intended audience.
If you are unsure whether your documents are sufficient, contact us in advance. A two-minute message can save a long walk back.
Dress & presence
Velunia favours intention over uniform. Express yourself — but remember you are entering a shared space. Styles that signal respect for the room tend to pass easily; signals of disregard rarely do.
Footwear, fragrance, and attitude matter more than labels. Come ready to dance, to connect, and to carry yourself as someone who belongs among people who came for the same reason.
What enters with you
Personal belongings remain your responsibility. We provide cloakroom services when available; nonetheless, travel light when you can. Items left unattended cannot always be watched.
Professional photography and filming follow our creator guidelines. Casual phone use is part of modern nightlife — but flash, obstruction, and filming strangers without awareness are not.
A shared threshold
Door teams work to keep the energy positive before you ever reach the bar. Their decisions are final on the night. Respectful dialogue opens doors; aggression closes them — literally.
We want every guest to cross into a room that feels prepared, welcoming, and alive. Help us make that true from the first step.
