House Code

Terms & Spirit

These words are not a maze of legal language. They are the spirit we ask every guest, artist, and collaborator to carry — the invisible contract that makes a hyperclub feel like home instead of chaos.

Positivity as infrastructure

Velunia is built on the belief that nightlife can elevate. We choose light over cynicism, inclusion over gatekeeping, and nights that leave people better than we found them — tired, maybe, but never diminished.

Harassment, hate, discrimination, and violence — verbal or physical — end the night for those who bring them. No debate, no second act. The floor is sacred.

Preparedness of the house

We invest continuously in the systems that let a room of many bodies move as one: trained teams, professional equipment, maintained spaces, and planning for the unexpected. This is how we honour everyone who walks through the door.

That investment covers the environment we operate — not every personal item or decision made inside it. Guests remain partners in their own wellbeing: hydration, awareness, and looking out for friends are part of the contract too.

Light, sound, and your devices

Our productions use industry-grade lighting and effects — including beams and strobing elements that transform the room. These installations are powerful by design. They are not calibrated for phones, cameras, or accessories held at eye level.

Sensitive electronics and direct exposure do not always get along. Damage may not appear immediately. We ask everyone to enjoy the spectacle with their eyes first — and to treat any personal device they choose to bring as exactly that: personal, and under their own care.

Velunia does not assume responsibility for equipment brought into a professional light environment. Creators with accredited access follow separate briefing; everyone else participates as a guest of the show.

Collective responsibility

A club is a temporary society. When each person acts as if the night belongs to all — not just themselves — fewer things break, fewer people hurt, and more memories stick.

Report concerns to staff. Intervene when safe to do so. Escort friends who need air. Do not litter the floor you danced on. Small choices stack into culture.

Tickets, tables & policies

Purchases and reservations follow the conditions stated at the point of sale. Refund and transfer rules depend on the event — check before you commit.

Management may refuse entry or remove guests who compromise safety, legality, or the experience of others. That discretion exists to protect the house, not to punish difference.

The long view

Velunia has been part of Prizren since 2018 because we treat every night as a reputation, not a transaction. These terms evolve as we grow — but the spine remains: respect, responsibility, and the pursuit of nights worth remembering.

By entering, you join that story. Thank you for holding it with us.
